Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (MT) performs maintenance on automated production machinery to reduce equipment downtime and meet production schedules; conducts preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment availability; reads electrical and pneumatic diagrams and schematics; troubleshoots using PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.); supports machine shop and mold shop maintenance, including machining techniques such as manual milling, turning, welding, CNC setup/programming; interacts with suppliers to resolve issues; requires ability to lift 50 lbs, work overtime including nights/weekends, and operate under safe plant conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Required 2 years as a Production Technician or Auxiliary
- Must have experience with basic hand tools
- Must be able to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams, knowledge of hydraulics preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Work effectively under stressful conditions
- Work with limited supervision
