Job Summary
Conduct building maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, filter changes, and light fixture replacements. Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and acoustic tile work while reading blueprints and completing required documentation. Provide guidance under the facility administrator and Director of Maintenance, follow up on post-repair issues, and travel to other facilities as needed. Possess leadership skills and strong communication abilities to work well with others.
Required Qualifications
- Able to demonstrate skills and knowledge of building maintenance
- HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Construction/Carpentry/Trouble-shooting experience
- Possess Leadership skills
- Able to work well with others
- Responsible work history and reference
- Able to provide guidance as directed under facility administrator and Director of Maintenance
- Willing to travel to our other facilities to work when needed
- Carpentry
- Plumbing*
- Electrical*
- Drywall (All phases from setup, installation, and finishing)
- Painting (interior and exterior)
- HVAC system maintenance*
- Acoustic tile work
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to complete required paperwork and documentation
- Follow-up on building maintenance post-repair
- Excellent communication skills
