Job Summary
Maintenance Person is responsible for operating and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment used to provide heating and hot water for the property, ensuring safe and efficient operation of building HVAC, performing preventive maintenance and repairs, turning over units as they are vacated, reporting health or safety issues to the Site Manager, inspecting buildings and public areas, performing housekeeping and landscaping duties, delivering appliances, and maintaining records on work orders. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders up to 20 feet, owning or obtaining basic tools, and communicating in English; a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for errands are also required.
