Maintenance Tech

Respond to all resident maintenance requests within 24 hours and oversee facility maintenance, renovation, and repair under direct supervision. Manage daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds, including monitoring sidewalks during snow season to prevent ice build-up. Perform general furniture repair, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, and minor electrical work while maintaining an inventory of tools and equipment. Keep a project log of site maintenance, report unusual circumstances, and assist with vendor turnover periods. Operate within OSHA standards and adhere to management and community policies. Work on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
