Job Summary
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to organization standards, legal regulations, and immediately addressing potential concerns. Supervise maintenance employees by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates. Accomplish maintenance requirements by orienting staff, assigning tasks, and coaching while following productivity and quality standards. Resolve operational problems, implement cost-saving actions, and fulfill shift operations plans by receiving reports from previous shifts and allocating resources. Monitor maintenance services, reallocate resources, and solve issues while documenting services through forms, reports, logs, and records. Coordinate maintenance of production equipment, oversee technical and quality process control, and provide direction to maintenance support staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of professional experience, including CNC machining and PM program setup.
