Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician at Sunnyside Manor is responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the senior living community, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to operate maintenance tools, equipment, and vehicles safely
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and climbing ladders
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
