Job Summary
Conduct general building maintenance tasks in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing to keep properties safe, attractive, and comfortable. Operate, maintain, and adjust steam power plants and electro-mechanical equipment including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers. Perform preventive maintenance, inspect systems, log data, and prepare requisitions for parts. Respond to building emergencies on a 24/7 basis, including snow management duties. Maintain professional relationships with tenants, staff, and vendors. Requires a valid NY driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours and respond to building related emergencies when the need arises
- Will be able to respond early or stay late for snow management at the site
- Must have a valid NY driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
