Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliances. Conduct facility inspections to identify and address issues promptly, while responding to guest requests with professionalism. Troubleshoot equipment and machinery such as lighting, locks, and furniture, and complete work orders and logs accurately. Assist with renovation projects and installations as assigned, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with departments to ensure facility functionality and appearance. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with moderate physical effort and occasional outdoor exposure. This role contributes to the smooth operation of the Riverwind Hotel and Casino, supporting Traditions Hospitality Group's mission of delivering legendary service.
