Complete assigned maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel's interior and exterior areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness, condition, and safety, while responding to guest service requests and reported issues with professionalism. Support pool and spa maintenance, perform cleaning in public areas, and assist with inspections and preventative routines. Maintain clean workspaces, monitor inventory, and report equipment failures or unsafe conditions. Support shuttle transportation needs when required with a valid driver's license.
