Job Summary
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority and handle make-readies while maintaining property grounds and common areas. Perform preventative maintenance, keep the shop and work areas clean and organized, and provide a parts and material list weekly. Assist in emergency call coverage with other team members and demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while completing other duties as assigned by the manager. EPA HVAC certification and plumbing experience preferred. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
