Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units, handling light plumbing, electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs. Assist with HVAC tasks like filter replacement and inspections, while supporting move-ins and move-outs by preparing spaces and assisting logistics. Escort vendors, operate freight elevators, conduct walkthroughs, and manage general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling. Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor. This part-time role runs Friday to Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at a luxury condominium in Downtown Austin, with an on-call requirement for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- General maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in residential facilities
