Job Summary
Maintenance Tech responsible for grounds maintenance, landscaping, winter plowing/salting, water/sewer repair, and maintenance of onsite structures, grounds, and equipment across mobile home communities. Will assist with evictions (securing/padlocking homes), troubleshoot issues, and respond to emergencies. Requires ability to multitask, work independently, and operate large machinery; physical lifting of 50 lbs and frequent transitions between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing, and sitting. Experience in plowing, groundskeeping, light repair, plumbing, and electrical is beneficial; training offered.
