Job Summary
Maintenance Tech at Horizon Land Management responsible for maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup), landscaping, winter plowing/salting, water and sewer repairs, onsite structure and equipment maintenance, assisting in evictions (securing and padlocking homes), troubleshooting, responding to emergencies, and performing related duties. Must be able to operate large machinery, lift 50 lbs+, and alternate between movement types; requires independent work, multitasking, and quick issue resolution. Prior maintenance/groundskeeping experience is a plus, with training available.
