Maintenance Tech

Maintain community grounds through trimming, mowing, trash pickup, and landscaping while plowing and salting in winter months. Repair water and sewer lines, onsite structures, and equipment as needed, and assist in evictions by securing and padlocking homes. Troubleshoot problem areas and respond immediately to any emergency calls. Operate large machinery when necessary and alternate between walking, crawling, and squatting. Think outside the box to resolve issues quickly and work independently. Prior maintenance or groundskeeping experience is a plus, though training is provided for the right candidate.
