Job Summary
Maintain community grounds including trimming, mowing, trash pickup, and plowing/salting during winter. Repair water/sewer lines, onsite structures, and equipment while troubleshooting problem areas. Assist in evictions by securing and padlocking homes, and respond immediately to any emergency calls. Operate large machinery, lift 50lbs or more, and alternate between walking, crawling, squatting, climbing, and sitting. Think outside the box to resolve issues quickly and work independently. Valid driver's license required; prior maintenance or groundskeeping experience is a plus.
