Job Summary
The Maintenance Tech – Parking is responsible for maintaining parking facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for guests and staff. This role supports daily parking operations and special event setup, requiring hands-on work including operating equipment, performing basic maintenance and repairs, and managing traffic flow and parking logistics. Ideal candidates should have a valid driver’s license, power-assisted equipment certification, and a customer service mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) or more years of maintenance or related experience
- Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
- Valid Driver’s License
- Power-assisted equipment certification required (or ability to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with basic facility maintenance and repair
- Familiarity with power tools, street sweepers, and outdoor equipment
- Strong communication skills including oral, written, and listening abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
