Job Summary
Maintain and repair various equipment and facilities, including HVAC, tile, carpentry, and electrical work, while proactively logging communications and tracking materials. Perform preventative maintenance, address facility concerns, and conduct on-call emergency service as required. Travel locally with a company vehicle to service locations in the Ocala, Gainesville, and Villages markets. Review inventory levels and ensure bakery café equipment remains operational. Maintain a professional, courteous attitude when interacting with customers, coworkers, and the public on or off property.
Required Qualifications
- Hands on attitude
- Great verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Flexibility working both individually or within a team setting
- Ability to travel locally with company provided vehicle
- Able to maintain bakery café equipment as well as the exterior and interior appearance
- Electrical, painting, plumbing, tile work, installation, and problem solving experience
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- At least 18 years of age
- Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with restaurant equipment is preferred
