Job Summary
Maintain and repair various equipment and facilities, including painting, HVAC repairs, tile work, and carpentry. Perform preventative maintenance on bakery café equipment and track materials and inventory through online logs. Address facility concerns proactively while communicating with café teams to ensure restaurant operations succeed. Provide on-call emergency service as required and maintain a professional attitude with customers and coworkers. Travel locally with a company vehicle to perform these duties across the Ocala, Gainesville, and Villages markets.
Required Qualifications

- Flexibility working both individually or within a team setting
- Ability to travel locally with company provided vehicle
- Able to maintain bakery café equipment as well as the exterior and interior appearance
- Electrical, painting, plumbing, tile work, installation, and problem solving experience
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with restaurant equipment is preferred
