Job Summary
Maintain and repair facility systems and equipment at Oneida Center, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks; perform regular safety inspections, respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents, repair vacated rooms promptly, and participate in emergency troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with State/Federal/OSHA standards. Demonstrates strong work ethic, initiative for quality service, and basic leadership abilities; must be available for rotating on-call schedules and possess solid computer skills (MS Office).
Required Qualifications
- Min. high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and initiative for quality service
- Rotating off-hour/weekend on-call availability
- Solid computer skills; MS Office
- Extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry & general maintenance
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused in stressful situations
- Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision
