Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, including troubleshooting tripped breakers, leaking pipes, and water intrusion. Perform general building repairs such as adjusting locks, replacing light fixtures, minor carpentry, and painting. Execute scheduled extermination procedures, maintain daily work logs, and inventory mechanical supplies. Ensure walkways are clear and salted during inclement weather while reporting necessary repairs to outside contractors. This role supports Planned Companies' commitment to keeping client properties clean, secure, and welcoming. Candidates must possess strong plumbing, electric, and carpentry experience, with bilingual skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role
