Job Summary
Maintenance Tech responsible for electro-mechanical and hydraulic service on production equipment. Follows GMPs and Food Safety SOPs, performs maintenance on boilers/steam generators, HTST pasteurization systems, air compressors, chillers, conveyors, tanks, gearboxes, RO water systems, CIP systems, and product filler machines. Tasks may include welding, basic machining, fabrication, electrical troubleshooting, pumps, boiler, product filling machines or compressors. Requires 0–2 years of education/experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and planning skills, English literacy, and teamwork. Must promote a safe, organized work environment and have basic computer skills (Excel, internet, email). Willingness to work occasional weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years education and/or proven experience in industrial maintenance or similar role
- learning aptitude and a basic sense of troubleshooting, diagnostic and planning skills
- basic knowledge of regulations that apply to handling raw materials and components
- oral and written communication skills
- ability to read and write legibly in English
- team player; promote a safe and organized work environment
- basic computer skills including Excel, internet, and email
- high desire to play an active role in executing changeover activities and continual improvements
- basic process understanding
- ability to work occasional weekends and holidays
