Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed for a 113-unit residential apartment community. Full-Time role focused on upgrading and preserving the property's condition, including making units ready for occupancy, completing work orders, and performing general maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and pool upkeep. Responsibilities include preparing units for occupancy, completing make-ready tasks, on-call duties, daily paperwork, and hands-on repairs (locks, windows, etc.). Requires proven maintenance technician experience and strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
