Job Summary
Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift on the factory floor. Responsible for responding to line-down calls, troubleshooting production equipment, repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and performing preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, and production machinery. Diagnoses PLC issues (limited programming), collaborates with production and quality teams, and supports continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives. Requires at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills, manufacturing experience preferred, welding skills a plus, and good communication and teamwork abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
