Job Summary
Maintain the building's structural, electrical, plumbing, security, heating, cooling, and safety systems to ensure the senior community runs smoothly. Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing, and HVAC systems while serving older adults. Work M-F from 8:00a-4:30p in a full-time role with a competitive compensation package including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge in repairing plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing and hvac systems
- familiarity with structural, electrical, plumbing, security, heating and cooling systems, and building safety
- A High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
