Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and respond to work orders with a strong customer-service mindset. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance, support unit turns and small projects, and collaborate with care and housing teams across healthcare and housing programs. This on-site role supports safe, comfortable environments for vulnerable individuals and families within a mission-driven, faith-based nonprofit.
