Job Summary
Maintenance Tech for Land O’Lakes Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team responsible for facility and production equipment maintenance. Performs installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; conducts preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation; adheres to safety processes and SOPs; shift is 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm with potential weekends/overtime; required to read and follow manuals and instructions and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills
