Job Summary
Complete preventative maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems by following diagrams and troubleshooting malfunctions using precision instruments. Dismantle devices to replace defective parts, inspect used components with calipers and micrometers, and adjust functional parts using hand tools and straight edges. Minimize downtime by scheduling maintenance during non-production periods and fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment. Maintain inventories using a Kanban system, prepare maintenance reports by analyzing trends, and document actions to ensure team continuity. Stay updated with technical knowledge through workshops and professional networks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years maintaining industrial equipment
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting
