Job Summary
Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems, building automation, and life safety infrastructure. Schedule, complete, and document all work through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while monitoring BAS alarms and conducting routine inspections of mechanical rooms, rooftops, and utility spaces. Support facility construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects by assisting with equipment moves, minor construction, and demolition. Execute seasonal snow and ice removal, grounds maintenance, and therapy pool upkeep. Participate in Infection Control Risk Assessments, utility shutdowns, and emergency preparedness drills to ensure regulatory compliance. Work Monday through Friday from 5am to 1pm with an on-call rotation after training.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid State Driver's License
- Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer knowledge

- Any professional Licenses, not required but preferred (Freon, Electrical, Plumbing, ETC.)
