Job Summary
Complete all assigned maintenance service requests while adhering to established expense limits. Schedule and execute the Preventative Maintenance Program, monitor building systems, and coordinate special projects as directed. Alert leadership of any unusual occurrences or facility damage, and maintain professional standards with vendors, contractors, and employees. Ensure all work complies with company, local, city, state, and federal safety guidelines. Carry a company cell phone for on-call availability and work variable schedules including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in cooperation with others
- Welding experience
- Forklift maintenance experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends
- Should not have any lifting restrictions
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to move/lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to withstand heights of more than 15 feet
Desired Qualifications
- Prior painting, sanding, and machining experience
