Job Summary
Maintenance Technician IV role leading and supervising complex mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks in a West Chester, OH facility. Responsibilities include planning and reviewing work of junior technicians, performing advanced mechanical/electrical maintenance, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, installation, testing, and repair of equipment, and providing guidance to management on process-related topics. Must lead, train, and mentor teammates, troubleshoot advanced electrical circuits, operate and set up machine tools, fabricate/disassemble manufactured products, use welding equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with NFPA/OSHA standards; overtime required. Starting pay is $32/hour, with location and experience influencing actual compensation, and a drug screening after conditional offer.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to the completion to the 12th grade supplemented by industrial or vocational course work in electrical, industrial or mechanical maintenance programs or a related field
- Eight years of increasingly responsible experience and attainment of recognized journey level status as a technician in all around electrical and mechanical work
- In-house electrical authorization must be obtained prior to conducting any electrical assignments
