Maintenance Tech III (Weekend Nights) (Shift 4)

Job Summary
Identify and repair mechanical, minor electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration defects while coordinating the daily workload for the Maintenance Shift Team. Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to eliminate unplanned downtime, participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures, and mentor junior technicians on technical disciplines. Troubleshoot and rebuild machines including pumps, fans, and robotic systems, lead piping layout and installation, and train operators on maintenance techniques. Document all work activity within the Emaint system and utilize continuous improvement tools to refine standard operating procedures. Work weekends and nights in a team environment supporting quality systems and safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair semi complex mechanical machinery including pumps, fans, ovens, control valves, pneumatic controls, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with Fanuc, ABB Robotics troubleshooting and adjustments
- MIG / TIG / SMAW Welding Ability
- Ability to Lead layout and installation of piping for water, gas, and pneumatics
- Own tools (Required Tool List will be provided)
- Flexible schedule
- Willingness to work overtime including weekends if necessary
- Experience with Rigging and lifting of mechanical equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills
- Understanding of Quality Systems and familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
