Job Summary
Maintenance Tech III in a Temecula, CA manufacturing plant. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of equipment in the assigned area under supervision, documenting work orders and Proteus entries, coordinating with supervisors and outside contractors, and helping manage parts inventories. Requires 5+ years in a manufacturing plant, with a strong mechanical/electrical background, ability to train technicians, plus familiarity with electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, schematics/blueprints, and OSHA regulations. Shift is 5pm–5am (Fri-Sun) with overtime eligibility; benefits include health, 401k, PTO, and other comprehensive plans.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Technical or Trade school degree preferred, or HS Diploma/GED plus 2 years experience
- Basic understanding of industrial electricity
- Working knowledge of energy sources for utility equipment (electric, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- PLC experience a plus
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- OSHA and company regulations compliance
