Maintenance Tech III

Maintenance Tech III responsible for ensuring safe, functional, and reliable facilities and equipment on a campus serving clients with developmental and behavioral disabilities. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior facilities (windows, doors, ceilings, flooring, roofing), collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor and therapists/educators to adapt the physical environment for therapeutic activities, maintaining environmental cleanliness and safety, identifying and addressing hazards, and managing resources to sustain grounds and facilities. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication with staff and clients about maintenance activities, and implementing sustainable practices aligned with the campus’ mission.
