Job Summary
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on packaging, filling, and processing equipment in a regulated GMP environment. Maintain chart recorders, log books, and complete PM check sheets while logging tasks into computer maintenance software. Support production and utility equipment to meet quality and schedule requirements, including prepping areas for Capital Improvement Projects. Provide feedback to department, production, and engineering teams, and assist with spare parts inventory and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform on-call duties for after-hours emergencies during perishable product packaging. Assist other maintenance associates with daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Irvine, California
- Must be located within commuting distance of the office
- Must be able to perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
- Must be able to fill out PM check sheets
- Must be able to sign and date equipment tags
- Must be able to log tasks into computer maintenance management software
- Must be able to maintain chart recorders and log books in a GMP environment
- Must be able to assist in Capital Improvement Projects with other mechanics and engineering
- Must be able to prep areas
- Must be able to support normal business activities
- Must be able to assist other Maintenance Associates with daily tasks
- Must be available for On Call duties for after-hours equipment emergencies during packaging of perishable products
