Maintenance Tech III (2nd shift)

Job Summary
Repair and maintain metalworking machines and equipment used in medical device manufacturing (including CNC and conventional mills and lathes, presses, stamping equipment, gundrills, screw machines). Use blueprints, schematic drawings, and other specifications; employ hand tools and test equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical units; remove/replace defective components; test and verify operation; perform preventive maintenance to GMP and OSHA requirements; coordinate projects with internal customers and vendors; train Level II technicians; maintain parts inventory and requisition parts as needed; attend production team meetings; drive to local vendors for parts; ensure safety and reliability of equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift license required
- Valid driver's license
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related technical field is a plus
- Two+ years of experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician II
- Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Must furnish own hand tools such as open end, box end, sockets, adjustable and pipe wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, Allen wrenches, hammers, etc.
