Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on automated production machinery; perform repairs on gearboxes, drive components, sensors, and basic PLC components; interpret electrical/hydraulic/mechanical diagrams; determine root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions; document actions in CMMS, perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, communicate status with internal customers, and mentor team members; adherence to OSHA LOTO and Arc Flash safety protocols; requires ability to work overtime and lift 50+ lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required; degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field highly preferred; five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment required; PLC knowledge a plus
