Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for responding to maintenance service calls and performing general repairs in a casino environment. Core duties include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other facility-related tasks in public and back-of-house areas, maintaining logs and records, adhering to policies, and ensuring safe, hazard-free work conditions. Requires solid hand/eye coordination, ability to read schematics/diagrams, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; includes preventive maintenance and task follow-through with maintenance leadership. The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and maintaining a clean, functional facility. Rigorous background checks and gaming-licensure requirements apply per tribal guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certificate
- 1-3 years’ experience with commercial/industrial plumbing or equivalent
- read, understand and interpret schematics, plans, and diagrams
- ability to work in smoking environment
- ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work in various physical environments
