Job Summary
Maintenance Tech II role performing general maintenance tasks including repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), assisting with resident furnishings, painting living quarters, supporting preventative maintenance and safety documentation (fire safety plans, drills, testing, disposal, generator logs), and coordinating transportation as needed to maintain a safe resident-focused environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and an Ohio driver’s license; health-care facility maintenance experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable
- Maintenance experience in a maintenance department and prior experience in a health care facility preferred
