Job Summary
On-site Maintenance Tech II responsible for overall day-to-day maintenance of a multi-family apartment community, including repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, and preparing units for turnover. Performs preventative maintenance, cleans common areas, assists with inspections, maintains maintenance records, and supports exterior repairs. Requires after-hours on-call availability, knowledge of utility shut-offs, and adherence to company policies. Required Qualifications
