Job Summary
Maintenance Tech II responsible for completing maintenance work orders, performing routine checks on HVAC and appliances, inspecting common areas and units, assisting with unit turns and inspections, maintaining curb appeal through landscaping and snow removal, and managing maintenance inventory. Requires 1-2 years of property maintenance experience, on-call availability, knowledge of safety procedures, and willingness to obtain HVAC and CPO certifications if needed; strong resident-relations skills and ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of property maintenance or related experience
- Ability to work the on-call rotation
- Working knowledge of maintenance tools, safety procedures and general repair practices
- Willingness to obtain certifications in HVAC and CPO or other relevant certifications if needed
- Strong resident relation skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the day
