Job Summary
Maintenance Tech II on 3rd shift (10PM-7AM, M-F) performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment and facility. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, diagnosing and repairing motors, conveyors and pumps, installing/calibrating new or modified machinery, repairing electrical components (transformers, motors, controllers, circuit breakers, wiring), performing electrical system maintenance, conducting scheduled inspections to prevent failures, operating maintenance tools, handling welding and gas cutting tasks, safely operating forklifts/pallet jacks, maintaining maintenance records in the CMMS, and complying with Lockout/Tagout procedures. Requires high school diploma and trade school certification or 4 years related experience; 3 years experience preferred in both mechanical diagnostics and electrical work; must be able to perform preventive maintenance and maintain site sanitation records as needed.
