Job Summary
Conduct advanced troubleshooting and repairs on production machines with minimal supervision, utilizing specialty tools and interpreting blueprints for vertical mill and lathe operations. Perform regular equipment inspections, light repairs, and daily housekeeping while documenting all work orders and preventive maintenance in the Enterprise Asset Management system. Set up new equipment and provide feedback on maintenance status to supervisors, including daily end-of-shift reports. Maintain a clean work environment and assist in training others on machine repair procedures. Requires forklift and aerial lift licenses, three years of related experience, and basic welding knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Minimum of three years related experience and/or training
- Must be able to obtain forklift license
- Must be able to obtain aerial lift platform license
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Basic understanding of welding and fabrication
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related-technical field
