Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, laundry, commercial kitchen, domestic water, fire protection, and alarm systems. Respond to work orders as directed by lead technicians or supervisors while documenting data and issue resolutions through maintenance management software. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and three years of progressive general maintenance experience, with CFC certification obtainable within 90 days. Full-time, 80-hour bi-weekly schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with availability for weekends, evenings, and on-call after-hours emergencies. Pay range is $22.65 to $27.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance
- CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work evenings
- Availability on call for after hour emergencies
