Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility equipment related to conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing while adhering to OSHA standards and LOTO procedures. Document work performed in the asset management system and accurately report spare parts inventory levels and daily usage to leadership. Assist in training junior technicians and collaborate with outside vendors to complete projects within distribution centers safely and on time. Take on additional duties as needed to support operational needs. Requires 3-5 years of experience with welding, cutting, and knowledge of gear boxes and PLC controls. Shift is Tuesday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. at a rate of $29.55 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application
- 3-5 years of experience
- Welding

- Familiar with DC-specific specialized software packages (ex. Crown PM, Gage) & equipment
- Able to read & understand electrical mechanical building type drawings/schematics
- Good safety awareness
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull & lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with LOTO
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
