Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility and conveyance systems including PLCs, conveyors, 3-phase electric, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing equipment. Adhere to OSHA safety standards with regards to LOTO and safe work practices. Accurately report spare parts inventory levels and daily parts usage to leadership. Assist in teammate development by training junior technicians while troubleshooting assets. Work closely with outside vendors to complete projects within DCs safely and timely. Take on other duties as needed to support operational needs. Shift runs Tuesday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. at a rate of $29.55/hour plus $1/hour shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree - 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application
- 3-5 years of experience
- Welding, burning, cutting
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes & PLC controls
- Familiar with DC-specific specialized software packages (ex. Crown PM, Gage) & equipment
- Able to read & understand electrical mechanical building type drawings/schematics
- Good safety awareness
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull & lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with LOTO
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
