Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility and conveyance equipment including PLCs, conveyors, three-phase electric, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing while adhering to OSHA standards and LOTO procedures. Document work performed in the asset management system and accurately report spare parts inventory levels and daily usage to leadership. Assist in training junior technicians to elevate their troubleshooting and repair performance while collaborating with outside vendors to complete DC projects safely and on time. Take on additional duties as needed to support daily operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree - 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application
- 3-5 years of experience
- Welding, burning, cutting
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes & PLC controls
- Familiar with DC-specific specialized software packages (ex. Crown PM, Gage) & equipment
- Able to read & understand electrical mechanical building type drawings/schematics
- Good safety awareness
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull & lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with LOTO
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
