Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all equipment related to facility and conveyance systems, adhering to OSHA standards and LOTO procedures. Document work performed in the asset management system and accurately report spare parts inventory levels and daily usage. Assist in teammate development by training junior technicians while troubleshooting assets and collaborate with outside vendors to complete projects safely and timely. Shift runs Tuesday through Friday from 5:30p to 3:30a at a rate of $29.55/hr plus $1/hr shift differential. Requires associate's degree or vocational certificate with 3-5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical applications. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree - 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application
- 3-5 years of experience
- Welding, burning, cutting
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes & PLC controls
- Familiar with DC-specific specialized software packages (ex. Crown PM, Gage) & equipment
- Able to read & understand electrical mechanical building type drawings/schematics
- Good safety awareness
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull & lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with LOTO
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
