Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include performing routine and predictive maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, executing preventive maintenance schedules, and maintaining building systems including HVAC and plumbing. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA standards. Candidates should have 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with CNC experience preferred.

- 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field preferred
- Experience with CNC equipment, PLCs, and industrial systems preferred
