Job Summary
Repair, replace, and correct equipment to ensure efficient operation while consulting with engineers and vendors. Troubleshoot machinery and perform layout work for projects, adhering to strict safety requirements for food handling, vehicle safety, and environmental regulations. Manually lift objects weighing 75-150 pounds and work in extreme temperatures, cramped, or wet areas for entire shifts. Use appropriate PPE including hearing protection and footwear. Apply welding, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or hydraulics training; poultry or food processing experience preferred. Apply in person at the Siloam Springs, AR hiring center Monday, Friday, and Tuesday through Thursday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (or 5:00 pm).
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to manually lift or move objects weighing 75-150 pounds
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures
- Must be able to work on feet for entire shift
- Must be able to work in cramped, enclosed, elevated, wet, dirty area with a noise level above 90 decibels
- Must have experience or vocational training in welding, electrical or mechanical repair, and refrigeration or hydraulics
- Must have the ability to make good decisions and communicate effectively with others and leadership team
- Must use appropriate footwear, hearing protection and other protective equipment as needed or required
- Must be able to troubleshoot equipment
- Must be able to work in the area from Siloam Springs, AR to Decatur, AR

- Preference for poultry or food processing organization
- Military experience
