Job Summary
Execute plant and building maintenance procedures, including preventative, predictive, and emergency repairs to ensure optimized production levels. Account for equipment, tools, and spare parts while adhering to strict tool control and inventory programs. Maintain materials and supplies availability for daily assigned tasks and participate in ongoing training to master new equipment. Support the facility in a refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures averaging 50°F, requiring the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work at heights.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous related work experience
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of plant maintenance
- Good working knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and plumbing
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Willingness to travel
- Comfort working at heights
- Capability of lifting up to 30 lbs
